Pickup point

Lost or delayed parcel

Should the tracking stall for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] alongside your order reference. We launch an investigation with the parcel carrier and either dispatch a fresh package or issue a full refund, per your preference, within 10 business days of the report.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If transit damage is visible, note the condition with the courier immediately, take clear photographic documentation of the outer carton and damaged home utility item, and contact [email protected] within 48 hours for a prompt replacement or resolution.
