What payment methods do you accept at checkout?We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, or you can complete a direct bank transfer after submitting your order. We do not process card payments on this site.
How quickly do you prepare orders for courier collection?Orders received before 13:30 on regular business days are inspected, packed, and handed to our courier partner the very same day from our Nottingham unit.
