Conditions

Items must be returned within exactly 30 days from delivery. Organisers and household utility gadgets must be unused, in their original undamaged retail packaging, with all manual inserts, cables, fasteners, and protective wraps intact.

Home organisation goods that involve personal hygiene concerns, opened cleaning contact accessories, and custom-made hardware solutions are strictly excluded from standard return rights once unsealed or modified.

Starting your return

Submit your return request to [email protected] including your order reference number and reason for return.
Receive your official Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) documentation and designated United Kingdom return depot address.
Securely pack the items in their original protective carton alongside all components and clear return slips.
Receive your refund via your original bank account within 3-10 business days following technical inspection and verification at our warehouse.

Who pays return shipping

When an item arrives broken, flawed, or differs from your order, we foot the bill by sending a prepaid shipping label or booking a courier. If you simply decided against keeping it, you cover the return carriage, and we deduct nothing further.

Refund timing and method

Funds are released within 3 working days once the item passes inspection. Cash on delivery purchases are reimbursed via bank transfer to the account details you share, while direct transfer payments return straight to the source account. Most banks clear the funds in 1-5 working days.
