Ordering and contract

Your order is logged once you submit your basket. We acknowledge your order via email, with the formal contract taking effect upon dispatch. We reserve the option to cancel an order if items sell out or address details cannot be confirmed, issuing a full refund promptly.

Prices and payment

Listed values are displayed in GBP inclusive of applicable VAT. Carriage costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Permitted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the rare event of an apparent clerical error on a price tag, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.

Delivery

Carriage schedules, choices, and fees are detailed in full on our Delivery & Payment guide. Responsibility for the parcel shifts to you once handed over by the courier.

Product images and colours

We photograph the actual items we stock. Slight hue shifts caused by display settings, lighting, or browser rendering do not constitute a defect or entitle an order to complimentary return postage. Precise dimensions, materials, and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We remain accountable for your package until the driver transfers it to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. From that handover onward, risk of loss or damage rests with you. Apparent transit damage must be flagged with the courier and reported to our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Items can be sent back within 30 days of receipt following the steps on our Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all home organisers and electronic domestic gadgets supplied by Nookcraft Living Ltd must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Customers are entitled to statutory remedies within the framework of applicable United Kingdom consumer sales legislation.

• Custom-built or bespoke storage units altered to customer specifications.
• Perishable maintenance consumables or cleaning solutions with an open shelf-life seal.
• Household hygiene-sensitive goods including opened sanitising brushes, personal dusters, or unsealed personal-care home tools.
• Utility parts or home assembly components that have been mixed inseparably with other property after delivery.
• Digital instruction files or electronic design templates unsealed or downloaded by the customer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the total cumulative liability of Nookcraft Living Ltd shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer or £100, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing set out in these terms restricts statutory liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Age and use

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to shop here. Goods should be used strictly according to product directions, and they do not replace qualified medical guidance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and all sales agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot resolve a disagreement together in good faith, legal proceedings fall under the court where the seller is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your home country.
