What payment methods do you accept at checkout?
We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, or you can complete a direct bank transfer after submitting your order. We do not process card payments on this site.
How quickly do you prepare orders for courier collection?
Orders received before 13:30 on regular business days are inspected, packed, and handed to our courier partner the very same day from our Nottingham unit.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unused items kept in their original packaging. Simply contact our Nottingham support team to initiate the return process.
How do I care for the bamboo and stainless steel surfaces?
Wash silicone and steel components with warm water and mild washing-up liquid. For bamboo organisers, wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry naturally.
